  • My agent was Bryan Ritter. He did an exceptional job in helping me find a house to lease. He especially helped when there were issues with a house that I might not recognize but as a realtor he did. He also promptly answered any questions I had. He was also very helpful especially since it was during the stay-at-home order.

  • Hi Bryan. I just want to thank you again for your help in finding and leasing the Alicante condo. Madan and I have signed the lease and we are now all set. I will move in officially on August 1. Your insight and expertise were invaluable in this process.

  • Bryan…
You have made this journey such a remarkable experience!
I can’t say enough good things about you. You’ve been there for us every step of the way throughput this process, even before we actually moved to Texas! You helped in finding our rental place when we finally arrived in Austin, helped us find our new home build site, and were there for us throughout the building of our new home.

Bryan’s Story

Bryan was born and raised in El Paso in west Texas, and moved to Austin in 1995. After 20+ years in Technology sales and leadership roles, Bryan recently took on the challenge of a career change into Residential real estate. With a long history of supporting Enterprise clients, he offers exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and a level of customer service that is a complement to the Habitat Hunters team.

Why He’s A Habitat Hunter

Having previously been a Habitat Hunters client on his own home sales and purchases, Bryan knew this is where he wanted to begin his real estate career. As the saying goes, “it’s all about the people”, and the experienced team at Habitat Hunters gave him the confidence that it was the right choice for him.

Hobbies

Bryan has a passion for the live music scene and used to be an avid bootleg recorder of hundreds of local concerts in the 2000’s. Now, as an active father of 2 daughters, Bryan is very involved in youth activities, including coaching girls soccer and basketball teams throughout the year, and also volunteers with the elementary school Robotics teams.
