But you should decide that for yourself, by taking a drive to Lockhart and checking it out. In addition to food, Lockhart is a great pace to live, with a variety of older neighborhoods with historic homes and newer subdivisions. There’s plenty of shopping, including antique stores, specialty boutiques, and if you love the great outdoors, you have eight parks to choose from.
