My agent is a stellar resource. She knows the central Austin market VERY well, looks for just the right renters, and keeps in constant contact with everyone involved. I was referred to her to begin with and pass her name on whenever I can knowing she’ll impress. She has a great attitude and gets results.
Habitat Hunters is great. Really. I’ve used them twice, and they have delivered both times. The best part about them, is that they have a unique Austin flavor, which you can’t say about a lot real estate agencies in Austin. We walked in, not knowing how to go about the process, and we were helped promptly and effectively. Within a few minutes of filling out the paperwork, we were invited to sit and chat a moment about what we were looking for. The rest is history. Our agent didn’t shove a bunch of garbage in front of us and just say here, pick one, instead she sent us some awesome listings she found, let us look and choose on our own, and then guided us when we needed it. She is not only good at her job, but she has a bunch of great stories to tell. If you’re looking for someone to find you a home in Austin, whether you’re used to our weird brand of professionalism or not, Habitat Hunters is a great choice.
I was so impressed with my agent. I came in not knowing what to expect and she helped me find the perfect place. I could not be happier! So glad I came to Habitat Hunters! I have a great studio apartment and recommend anyone looking for a place to stop by here
Excellent service! I was truly inspired by the Realtors’ dedication, knowledge, and vibrant personalities. My agent took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and assist me in so many ways, more than what was expected. She was incredible!! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about their service. Thank you Habitat Hunters for going above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate your exemplary efforts.
You might say I’m in the process of starting over. However, as with any start over, I had very specific ideas of how I wanted to do that. Enter my agent, from Habitat Hunters. She probably took me to half a dozen flats over the course of the week before we came to one that was perfect. There were a few setbacks, but she didn’t seem annoyed or frustrated or anything but the perfect Realtor. Hopefully I won’t have to find a new place for some time, but I know I’d feel comfortable with Habitat Hunters on my side if I did.
Erica was patient, helpful, and courteous while helping my roommate and I find an apartment. She was more than accommodating of our dumb questions regarding real estate, was incredibly professional, and quick to respond to both texts and email. She made the unfortunate adventure of apartment-shopping enjoyable with her positive attitude and quick wit. 10/10 would have Erica sell me a place to live again.
My boyfriend and I recently got new jobs in Austin. Our move was so stressful because we wanted to find the perfect house, but had a very small window of time. Also, we couldn’t see many houses in person due to the distance. Luckily, our agent with Habitat Hunters was our eyes and ears that we so desperately needed. She was absolutely top-notch! She went out of her way and spent countless hours determined to find what we needed in time. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and persistent. The perfect combination for a Realtor! We joked that she was our tour guide as well as our Realtor because of all the information she had for us, a great resource. If you are looking for a house in the Austin area, you need Habitat Hunters in your corner! We could not be happier with our new home!
I LOVE Habitat Hunters! Everyone I know who has ever worked with them has been very pleased. They are very professional, they know the city, they’re friendly, and they’re helpful! I recently worked with one of their agents to find a rental property, and she was as sweet as can be, and sooooo helpful. We even looked at a house with a really cool lofted area that was only accessible by a steep, scary ladder…and she did not even hesitate to climb that ladder (in a dress) to check it out! Haha, it was classic. My boyfriend and I are now considering buying a home, and we will definitely be asking her to help us with that search 🙂
Our agent with Habitat Hunters is a God sent angel. We came to Austin to view homes before our move. She was a tour guide, comedian, and realtor all-in-one!!! It was such a great experience working with her. None of the homes we viewed worked out, so she had to be our eyes and ears while we were still in Oklahoma City and she found us the perfect home in the most PERFECT neighborhood. We just went for a run at the park (which was awesome) and saw 7 deer chilling in front of a nearby home. The house has everything we were looking for. Even the extra closet space I wanted!! Thanks so much!!!! If you are looking for homes in the Austin area, you MUST have Habitat Hunters. I don’t write reviews often and I definitely don’t brag about people. So trust me!! We will be contacting them when we are ready to buy a home. They’re the best!
