Why She's a Habitat Hunter
Julia spent a lot of time personally investing in properties, and then she decided she enjoyed real estate so much that she made it a career. She is passionate about helping her clients make educated decisions about their leases and purchases. She owns and manages several of her own properties, so she can help bring her personal experience to the table for her clients. She also brings her joy of living in Austin to her clients, whether they are new to town or just relocating within Austin.
She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and loves spending time at Austin gems like Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake running trails and Austin’s greenbelt. In addition, she loves to garden, cook, cycle, and enjoys everything Austin has to offer. Julia speaks Spanish. She is even a certified yoga instructor.
Julia is not afraid of a challenge; in fact, she welcomes them. She has run a marathon, a half-ironman, and biked from Seattle to San Francisco!
